Age and Birthday: July 29th, IS 454. 25 years old.
Appearance: Looks surprisingly young for a woman in her mid-twenties, which is probably due more to her attitude and childish mannerisms more so than her actual physical appearance. She has large blue eyes, often narrowed and paired with a scowl, and fair skin. She keeps her long, shock-red hair well kept and combed away from her face beneath her strange three musketeers style hat. Her style of dress is, yet again, seemingly influenced by our three good friends. She can usually be found sporting a medium-length blue tunic with a ruffled collar over gray tights. She adds on to this already strange ensemble with black gloves, light blue ankle boots, and azure studded earrings.
Personality: Lilly is a proud, bossy sort who considers herself the utmost authority on anything and everything. She thinks of herself as one who's will should never be crossed, even in the most extreme of situations, and uses her status as the daughter of a president to whine until appeased. Underneath of her overbearing demeanor, is...well, even more bossiness. She appears unwavering in her ability to think that everything should be done her way and her way alone, and in turn the ability to manipulate those around her. It may be speculated that she acts out because of her own personal issues, but only Lilly knows that for sure, making it certain that no one will ever really know the truth--is she a spoiled brat, or an insecure spoiled brat? Despite all of her shortcomings, Lilly has an excellent sense of right and wrong, and believes justice should be brought to all wrong-doers. If she feels necessary, she often decides to take 'justice' in to her own hands. Such is the case with her original intentions for seeking out the Flame Champion.
Weapons: A thin, simple longsword with a golden hilt called Platino.
Skills/Special Abilities: She is a fairly skilled swordsman, but because of the amount of constant assistance at her disposal, has never had to learn much on her own. She has, however, become quite the master of manipulation.
Other Abilities: Surprisingly enough, Lilly retains information rather well. She can remember most things many would cast aside an unimportant.
Runes: A Rage Rune on her right hand.
Weaknesses: Because she is so brackish, it drives many people away from her and takes away from her analytical talent. Also, growing up with such privilege has hindered her knowledge of basic skills such as cooking and cleaning. She rushes in to almost everything, without much consideration of the repercussions, and is quick to cast judgment.

History:

Lilly was born the only child of Gustav Pendragon, President of the Tinto Republic. At the young age of six, the Dunan Unification War raged just outside of her homeland. Her father assured her it would not touch their lands, it was nothing to worry about. However, another threat did become a concern. The notorious Vampire Neclord took Lilly in attempts to make her his 70th "bride". Luckily, the heroes of the war that was said to never touch the land of Tinto came to the young Lilly's aid just in time to stop Neclord and save the girl from a terrible fate. Ten years later, Lilly had become a young lady of prominence. She attended the Zexen Federation's 50th anniversary ball, where she made an enemy out of another prominent young woman--Chris Lightfellow. Lilly then returned to Tinto, no doubt furious at the preposterous girls' ignorance, and laid low for a few years. At the age of 21, five years after the ball, Lilly began suspecting the Grasslands' legendary hero, the Flame Champion, as the man behind recent caravan raids in Tinto land. Thus, she set out on a journey to the Grasslands with her two unwilling attendants, Samus and Reed, to bring the culprit to his inevitable justice. However, while on her quest, she discovered she was inept in navigating the foreign country, and chose to forcibly elect Hugo and Sergeant Joe as her guides for the time being. While in their accompaniment, she found herself swept in the midst of the Second Fire Bringer War, and ironically enough, joined forces with the very man she had sought out to begin with. Once the threat of world destruction had been quelled, Lilly returned to Tinto, only to set out to Harmonia shortly thereafter without telling a soul. However, four years did not do much for her navigational skills, and Lilly found herself at the gates of Budehuc Castle yet again.
